Evaluate all software applications that contribute or facilitate the creation of an inventory transaction. Process mapping the transaction paths with specific focus on understanding leakage points that impact on the integrity and speed of each transaction

Infrastructure

An “AS IS” assessment of all interfaces that link hardware platforms and devices which are used throughout the business. Our typical interface review includes: EDI – ERP – WMS – RF – POS.

Outcomes

On completion of our review, we will develop a strategic, tactical and operational plan that can be implemented across the business to drive inventory optimisation.
